Staff are polite/professional and as helpful as they can be but the company itself and prices are not good. We have been charged over £100 for less that 13 days with them including an exit fee after being told we would get a refund of £60. No refund was given but we had to pay another £42 on top of the £67 ‘estimated’ charge for less than 13 days (with £25 wavered for an error as a good gesture). We didn't even choose EDF when we moved in, they were put on the house already and still we have to pay a £30 exit fee to not going with them. The staff even said on the phone that the staff member who closed our account ‘shouldn't’ have done this until out next energy supplier instructed the change. Shame on you, we will strongly advise people to stay away from you when making a decision of who to use in future.... not exactly happy with the outcome.

Absolutely shocking customer service! EDF cost my company £1000's and I'd sooner generate my own power and give it away than deal with this bunch of thieving degenerates.
